Agastya International Foundation Trust is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the welfare of the intellectually challenged. established to create a revolution in healing intellectually challenged children with special needs. The motive behind this venture is to find relief to the parents who dream to see their little one like any other normal child but find no means of support or hope.

We work directly with families who have a loved one with a Mentaldisability, helping them realize the difference it can make to the whole family when the disabled person finds his or her place in family life and participates. Often, people with Mental disabilities are seen as a burden by their families because there is little expectation that they can do anything to help. All people have the ability to learn something, and so we raise the expectations of families and show them the possible abilities of their disabled loved one, so that he is less of a burden and more of a valued family member.
